Born in the heart of the beautiful Northern California Wine Country, Sonoma Sausage has been delighting taste buds since 1980. The original concept has remained the same: to produce old world tasting links with our new age gourmet attitude. We are surrounded by great wines, cheeses, produce and the people who make them. We're not ashamed to admit that we are spoiled by all the wonderful regionally made cuisine. Our plant in Napa (yes, the county right next door to Sonoma County) has a small staff who work very hard to make the kind of sausages we enjoy with our own family and friends. We use high quality ingredients and make small batches by hand. We're always ready to fire up the grill, heat the skillet, or reach for the Dutch oven and create a great recipe using our "unbearably delicious" sausages to make something very special!
